Our Club
Carolina Speech and Debate is a 501(c)(3) Christian non-profit equipping students to speak truth with clarity, confidence, and grace. Through a variety of speech and debate events, students sharpen their thinking, grow in Christ-like character, and learn to communicate effectively in a supportive and competitive environment. Our prayer is that God would be glorified and His kingdom advanced as students learn to speak with wisdom, listen with discernment, and share the gospel with clarity and compassion—wherever He calls them.

Carolina Culture
We believe that who you are becoming matters more than what you achieve. That’s why the season begins with short, intentional teachings we call “Carolina Culture.” It’s our way of encouraging students to grow in Christ, pursue excellence, and become bold communicators of the gospel in whatever sphere God calls them to.
We explore real-world topics that shape both character and communication—like integrity, focus, courage, humility, purpose, and perseverance. From “Do hard things” to “Private victories precede public victories”, each message points students toward living boldly, thinking deeply, and speaking truth with compassion. Carolina Culture isn’t just about becoming a better speaker. It’s about becoming a Christ-centered leader—ready to impact the world for His glory.
